Tammy LukerI had an appointment on Saturday but the groomer was sick so they offered a Sunday appointment! I was so happy because my pup was over due and had some matting due to not being brushed as needed while I was on vacation. They did an amazing job and trimmed my baby’s ears short like I wanted. I don’t like his hair short but I know he needed it due to the matting but my husband was thrilled with the short cut. I will attach a before and after. We will definitely be returning clients.

Jennifer CmelikClip and dip always make our pets look and smell great! They love our pets like their family and ask about other pets when we bring them in separately. We just got a new puppy and they took their time with her and instructed us on how to get used to being groomed so it’s not as traumatic when she comes in. Love the people there! Added 8/6/24- our older dog has back issues, I informed them and they took extra care with her. Our puppy had a matted tail they were able to shave it off without it looking too terrible. I’m so thankful for the way they treat my pups and the quality of the grooming!
Natalie JonesCourtney was amazing with our 5 month old puppy! This was Theodore’s first time being groomed and she was so patient and answered all of our questions. She also explained the whole grooming process and the areas of the facility that he would be in. When we came to pick him up he looked so clean and cute. He showed no signs of distress and was so comfortable in her arms. Did a great job and we rebooked for him to be groomed again in 5 weeks as she recommended.
