Have lived here for 7 years and every single time I've ever filed a complaint it barely gets any acknowledgment. From people smoking in the parking garage (both pot and cigarettes) to a constant hammering from the unit above mine... from our balcony being commandeered for like 5 months to them not wanting to replace a broken fob which should be a given to access the building. Not to mention the abundance of pharaoh ants every single day along with mold that grows in the bathroom because of poor ventilation and even more awful water pressure and a high level of calcium in the water which has damaged many a stainless steel pot over the years. They have even tried increasing our rent above the legal limit before without doing any renovations that would even warrant a huge hike in rent. Only thing we love about the place is the supers. Nice, sweet and always willing to help.

Front intercom and elevators are constantly broken down. Refusal to replace key fob even if it literally falls apart on you. Refusal to do anything about complaints such as the apartment above me constantly hammering & causing noise well past 10pm, and chain-smoking neighbor filling the entire hallway and my apartment with cigarette smoke. Locked out of my balcony for the entire summer waiting for critical safety repairs.
