One of their recommended solicitors companies (Davisons Law) not so great but Carvers stepped in and helped out with problems that arose which we were very grateful for. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from Carvers - particularly David Tinkler. Our house had been on the market for several months with another estate agents so we decided to change to Carvers. From the minute we did, we realised the difference in service and communication and we truly felt at ease knowing David had everything under control. David made an honest and accurate valuation, explaining his rationale clearly. He was so professional but equally friendly with his approach. We were lucky enough to receive an offer after our first viewing with Carvers and David promptly got on the ball - taking control of the situation for us and making it as stress free as possible (which was super helpful given we had a 2 year old and I’d just given birth to our second!). We felt fully informed throughout, David always professionally advised but we never felt pressured in any way. Our decisions were respected throughout. David’s communication was outstanding throughout. We often sent late night emails after busy days at work and with our little ones (sorry David!) and we received prompt responses. I can honestly say that David made this process so much less stressful. We didn’t have to chase David in any way. On the contrary, he often sent us reminders! We fully felt David was always on the ball and getting things done behind the scenes. When I say David went above and beyond, that really is an understatement! Prior to switching to Carvers we had our house on the market for 18 months with another estate agent who provided very few viewings and certainly no interaction or feedback. We eventually reached out to Carver after my wife’s family employed them to act on the sale of my father in law’s property. Living close by it fell on me to liaise during the sale and I was struck by their professionalism and the with the short space of time in which the property sold. In fact there was a major issue around the time of completion which David Tinkler skilfully navigated to our great relief. It was during my dealings with David that my mind was made up to switch agents. We immediately had lots of prospective buyers viewing our property and the feedback was exceptional. No doubt the photographs and online marketing plus the regular contact they have with buyers seeking properties made all the difference. The sale eventually came after we received FOUR offers from which we processed to sale with the best.
