First saw Hayley at Cloud 9 just a few months ago. Quickly organized a hair color for myself, which she knocked out of the park, and cut/style for my curly-haired daughter, plus gave us tips for how to handle her curls since she has far more defined curls than my waves. Lovely, small boutique feel but have range of abilities. Will be my go-to since relocating to the area.

Yes, this is the correct place. As to not disparage by using name (s) this is meant to educate or replace the stylists who have the nerve to charge for a service they are not qualified to perform. Re: Color correction, when inadequate service brought to their attention & paying over $150+ I was offered to come in following day for another stylist to correct procedure & yet again not only was I charged another $150+ but she was also unable to correct issue, (brassy color). Yes, first one rushed me out when finished and the second was outright condescending. Otherwise beautiful salon, clean with good products.

Loved it the minute I walked in! If you are looking for a place to get a pedicure, look no further!! Especially if you used to go to Mi Salon in Florence and have been looking for a similar place to go ever since 😭 well this is the place!! Loved Wensdy and Cerise. They were so nice! We were seen right on time and the whole thing was affordable and didn't take super long! I'm sold as a loyal customer who will be looking forward to come back for pedicures 😊 and the pedicure area was stylish and comfortable!!

Liz always does a great job, and it's surprisingly affordable for the quality and care given. I would recommend Cloud 9 to any other guys with semi-long/long hair over a barber shop.
