I had to buy a liner of a 15' above ground pool and the price for the installation was exaggerated, well the installer showed up at my place and did a messy job and left all the trash on the ground, they had to adjust the side of my pool which took max 15min and they charged me $100. + tax. We spoke to the manager at the store and we asked him why we had to pay $100. for something that should have been included in the $900. plus that we had already paid CASH! He did not take any consideration & charged us $100. +tax anyway... Club Piscine NO MORE for us.

Yesterday they sold us a vacuum that costs 1000$ for the pool (and their staff told about high quality, good branding, 3 years of warranty, etc.), and then after 4h of vacuuming, my pool stayed the same dirty as it was before. Today when we tried to return the item that did now work properly, they returned 80% from the price that we paid. No one told us about possible unproper job of the vacuum, nobody did not tell us about their return policy. So technically they just stole 200$ selling the item that did not work. Very disappointed.

The 2 times I've gone there I've felt there has been a lack of help. Anything you need for the backyard or pool they have, pricey but they have it. But again I fall to the customer experience for help when I had a few questions regarding some things I needed.
