I first came in for a screening, and Dr. Awais was very professional, taking the time to explain everything in detail. I also had my cleaning done, and the hygienist did a great job. I am scheduled for extractions, and I feel fully confident moving forward with the treatment plan. What impressed me most was the clinic’s transparency about charges and the way they carefully explained each step of the process. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and thorough, which made me feel comfortable throughout my visits. I had a good experience at Just Dental! Dr. Anas was amazing—he spoke with me in Arabic and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. From start to finish, the process was smooth. I was a bit nervous at first, but they offered sedation which helped me relax, and I didn’t feel much pain at all. I also liked the direct billing part—I only had to pay a small amount upfront, and my insurance covered the rest, which made everything so convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Just Dental. It feels like a family-like clinic with genuinely nice people.

I've been to many clinics in the West End, but no dentist has treated me with better care than the one I encountered here. Each staff member was kind and easy to communicate with, front desk management was tech savvy and did not waste a second of my time. The area was nice and clean, a true example of how a healthcare facility should look. Dr. Anas is professional and very kind. The office is welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The nurse is also very kind and supportive. Sometimes you may need to wait a little longer than your appointment time, but overall the service and care are excellent. I highly recommend this clinic!
