We have been coming to Dr Sonal And Dr Sachin for past ten year; very good service and friendly staff. And also the reception staff (Ms Sheela) is very good ; friendly and always remind appointment for time. Highlight recommended for anyone who need a good family dentist in Dubai. Dr. Sachin is absolutely amazing at what he does, we have just completed my sons ortho treatment and are so happy with the services, staff is friendly clinic is clean and Dr sachin is so kind and understanding, most of all accommodating. Would definetly recommend.
Disclaimer: I had experience only with one Dr and can't comment about the others, but... My experience wasn't pleasant, and I would say pretty bad. My 1st time doing a dental appointment in Dubai and this place was recommended by a friend. Met Dr.Sachin Mudrale, and as soon as I walked in, I explained how scared I was of dentist, and it was my first time seeing a doctor in Dubai. His comment - nothing but gave me a disapproval look.. I sat, and he examined me and mentioned that I needed scaling and I said sure - He did not prepare me for how painful it would be, and began the procedure - He kept pushing my forehead left and right very strongly with his wrist. - When I showed any discomfort and requested for a break, he would sigh loudly - When I told him to stop and take a break, he angrily said, "Can you let me do my job?" - I stopped him and said "look I know this is your daily job, but I am in pain and discomfort."" His response was while crossing his arms,"What do you want me to do?" I said, " I would like you to be more gentle and careful as you are causing me pain! I swear...all I wanted to do was run out of that room!!!! But we were in the middle of treatment.. As soon as it was done, I came out and was in pain!!!! To the extent that I was crying... The nurse called him, and he asked me what happened. All I said was im pain, and they gave me some medication, and I paid.. & left! So...even if he was having a bad day.. His manners of attending a patient were very bad, and unacceptable! I for sure will NEVER go back and hope no one ever experiences this with him.
