A few weeks back I experienced an issue with my toilet. Chris was booked solid with back-to-back clients. He still made time for me. Came past 20h00 after a long day, fixed everything in minutes. Super nice fellow. Very informative, courteous and professional. Will deal with him again 10/10.

Chris is absolutely amazing! Shows up early, is extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. If he doesn’t know how to do something, he’ll tell you. We first dealt with a bigger plumbing company in Ottawa that would charge us 4x what Chris charges us, and he is 100x better to deal with. Would highly recommend Chris for any of your plumbing needs!

Worst plumber ever! Referred from Home Depot. This plumber misquoted an easy job such that it came to double the quote. He came unprepared despite being given all the information he needed. Then he could not perform the simple repair of tightening a valve and installing a proper length shower hose. Now he will not return calls or emails to repair what he failed to fix. Yet he still charged $500. He won’t take a credit card either. My elderly parents in their late 80s feel they were taken advantage of. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!
