I have used CMR Electric in the past, and when a sudden equipment breakdown, left me stranded, and at 50% production capacity, battling to fulfill my orders, I contacted Craig the owner of CMR Electric. Even though late on a friday afternoon going into weekend, Craig was understanding, and very helpful, researched and sourced a compatible part and arranged to have the part fitted early in the following week. Jessie who did the installation / repair, was as always very professional, and even while not knowing the machine, managed to, after ironing out a few issues get me up and running again in no time. On short notice, Craig installed a brand new Tesla Wall Connector at my home for my newly purchased EV. I was very impressed with his customer service, communication response times, and the way he went above and beyond offering to pickup the charger from a local store on his way out to my place.
