I strongly advise anyone considering CMS Migration to exercise extreme caution. My personal experience with this company has been nothing short of distressing. Around 9 to 11 months ago, I initiated my immigration case with them. Mr. Adeel Ahmad was assigned to handle my file and assured me with complete confidence that the process would be successful. I was told to deposit the service fee — which amounted to PKR 200,000 — and that the outcome would be guaranteed within three months. Unfortunately, after nearly 11 months, I received a rejection, not because of any fault in my profile, but due to their negligence in choosing the correct category while submitting my case. I was also asked to complete the PTE test, which cost me additional time and money. I had repeatedly asked Mr. Adeel to explain the key terms of the contract before signing, but he dismissed it as a mere formality. He assured me that my profile was strong and there was nothing to worry about. Based on these commitments, my family and I made preparations for our move to Australia, investing emotionally and financially into a future that was never realistically evaluated by CMS Migration. After the rejection, I requested a partial refund (50-60%), given that the service failed to deliver any results. They refused, citing the contract — which I was rushed into signing without proper explanation. Let me be clear: this is unprofessional, unethical, and deeply exploitative behavior. Unlike reputable consultancy firms, CMS Migration offers no accountability. In contrast, major consultancy companies like Highbrow Consultants in Cavalry Ground, Lahore are known to offer partial refunds in case of unsuccessful outcomes. That is the level of transparency and client care professionals expect — and deserve.

This review is to warn others about the unprofessional and fraudulent services of CMS Consultants. We applied for an Australian 476 visa through them, which was capped by the Australian government. Despite their contract stating that they would provide a full refund if the visa was not granted, they failed to return our fee. The owner, Faizan, is not trustworthy and has no intention of keeping his promises. I strongly advise against using CMS Consultants for any visa applications. Their dishonest business practices and lack of professionalism can cause significant financial and emotional distress. Save yourself the trouble and avoid CMS Consultants at all costs.

These people are scammers, never trust them with your money. They are very careless. They don't even upload the documents carefully, so many engineers have faced visa rejections and delayed visas because of their carelessness. They were only providing thr subclass 476 visa consultancy before, they have no previous experience in UK study visa, Skills assesment or Australian subclass 491,189,190 visa application. Beware about the fact that once you give your documents to them and they apply on your behalf, you'll be totally dependent on them. They would never share with you the legitimate information. They will try to trap you first by being very nice and cooperative but once you'll pay them they will ignore your calls and texts. Don't waste your time and money by trusting this fraud agency. If you search on YouTube you'll find a lot of videos regarding skills assessment follow them and get your assessment done on your own. Don't fear anything, have confidence in yourself, apply on your own and you'll be in control, not some fraud consultant who won't even reply you.
