OPTSC improved my posture, alleviated my chronic back pain, and restored my faith in physio. Peter would politely nod in agreement. My back/hips were a mess, my neck forward posture was tragic, and my spine had basically given up. What you get with Peter and the team is not just treatment, or a handful of cookie-cutter exercises. They truly strive to educate, support and encourage all aspects of your recovery.
