Highly appreciated to the customer service and banking experience. I did afraid of coming to open the bank account when I saw the reviews here. But when I book my appointment online, John provided a very good customer service for making sure my appointment is well-prepared. Once it's confirmed, Jovin followed up with an email to ensure we have all the documents, and work friendly and efficient during the appointment meeting. I left the review because I think they deserved it. Just make a proper appointment online first. **When I entered the bank, the security gave us very good service too. Asking if we need water during waiting for our appointment, those little details is a great customer service too!

Worst banking experience I had. I just went to the branch to get a bank draft. Verifying my ID takes 5 minutes, talking to the supervisor takes another 15 minutes. Asked me about my previously deposits, which was irrelevant, and took my personal credit card number as additional ID verification. I feel like I am not a customer, I am a thief want to steal from the bank. I will definitely close all my accounts there and will never ever do any business with this credit union.

Kudos to Hassam, the securiguard the other day. I walked away and forgot to grab my debit card. He kindly chased me down over a block away and gave it back to me. He was so pleasant and kind and gives a warm welcome to those entering this branch. Thank you again Hassam!!

I have had a business account with Coast Capital for more than 15 yrs and the service has been nothing short of fantastic. The staff are always professional and respectful. It's such an injustice that people would write negative reviews based on their own mistakes or like trying to access their accounts without id. I am glad to hear that Coast Cap doesn't allow this. Has the pandemic turned people into idiots? I am starting to believe it.
