I had a cleaning with Randy and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. He was extremely patient and walked me through every step. The staff is extremely welcoming and kind, i couldn’t have asked for a better appointment. The office manger, Kasia is seriously the best! I would highly recommend this location, it’s truly the best.

The staff is kind, pricing is transparent, and they accept many insurance. I was skeptical at first because I do not have the best insurance so I have been to a few sketchy dental offices in the past but their office is clean, has private patient rooms equipped with x-ray, and amazing staff. They even offer numbing gel to make cleanings painless!

Other reviews are right. Stay away from this place. They will diagnose you with gingivitis and try to charge you as much as they can. Horrible business practice. I would rather lose my teeth than give them any of my money.

I can't figure out what kind of place they are running here. They rescheduled my appointment (no big deal), and the hygienist who saw me was very nice, though his thick accent made him a bit hard to understand. He did my X-rays, then things got weird—he poked my gums, called out numbers, diagnosed me with gingivitis, and recommended "needle-free Novocain" for my cleaning. Since when do cleanings hurt? I declined and the cleaning went as normal without pain. I've never been told I have gingivitis this was so random but looking at other reviews apparently everyone in Tampa has gingivitis to them. I declined but still left with mouthwash (lol) because i don't know what just happened but sure ill take a mouth wash. Then the dentist met with me over video to discuss my X-rays—why is telehealth a thing at a dentist's office? I left with another appointment for a cavity filling (I think?), I was never given a treatment plan or an explanation from a doctor because it was a video call? I am upset that they seem to be faking reviews - I also am upset because I had no idea I had to clock bad dentists on my radar along with everything else in life. All in all some jobs can be remote but not a DENTIST!
