Back in 2018 we hired them to replace our roof and were very pleased with the experience. Last week in a short rain, we were super surprised to have a leak in our bathroom, nothing crazy but water was definitely coming in our house. After 7 years, I called Coast Mountain, and it took them seconds to bring up my account, and within 1 minute was off the phone with someone dispatched to my house. That person arrived within 2 hours, and was super friendly and professional, jumped on the roof, took a look at the attic (I had a bunch of pics already). It turns out it was super minor, luckily it was a build up of debris at a vent. He cleared it out, applied additional caulking, done. I wanted to call these guys out because every step of the way they have been great. Professional, and super responsive. Our roof looks great after 7 years. Highly recommend Coast Mountain Roof

My shingle roof was 29 years old with a couple signs of damp plywood inside the attic and the insurance company was starting to send letters about pro-rating claims on old roofs so I gave Coast Mountain Roof a call. A representative came out and explained what they would do to bring things up do date with ventilation etc. and then met us at a shingle distributors to help pick a shingle model and color. Coast Mountain roof were able to work around my schedule to get a team out to do a great job on the installation which included replacing a section of plywood that a family of squirrels had chewed through the year before. The team cleaned up the roof, gutters and yard nicely after they were done. The roof looks great.

Tony and Christian were excellent today while inspecting the roof in our strata. They were quite knowledgeable and were able to identify all the problems that another company missed. As strata President when we need our roofs redone I will definitely contact this company for a quote.
