Cool shop, helpful staff, really good experience over all but I bought a watch and tried to return it and was unable too, the receipt said within 15 days was edible for a return (I came the day after I bought it) and I was informed watches cannot be returned- I was not told this on check out and the receipt didn’t reflect that- they settled with store credit, solid Compromise would rate higher if that was communicated better upon check out

A great store with lots of excellent gear. Recently, we had a fantastic experience while shopping for soccer cleats. Jude went above and beyond. We've never had someone take the time to ensure a child's shoe fits well, including even dribbling a ball back and forth to see how it felt and helping with a shoelace trick. It was the best shoe shopping experience we've ever had. Thank you Jude so much - you made our day brighter for sure.

During me and my husband visit to your store today, one of the staff who was wearing a pink jacket and with eyeglasses was very accommodating. She assisted us with a big smile on her face. Kudos to that girl, the company is very lucky to have you.
