I blindly discovered Coastal Detailing and decided to take a chance on getting my Escape detailed. I liked their website description & pricing is competitive, plus local to my location. I made appt online & they texted me & even called me, to keep me informed on their arrival time. I selected the Diamond package, as I wanted the engine cleaned & carpets shampooed. Chris did a fantastic job! The engine compartment looked pristine. The interior & exterior just beamed. The carpets looked brand new. Interior smelled nice. Biggest plus, Chris was able to remove every single white dog hair (compliments of my chihuaha) off the carpeting and any floating around in the console. Very satisfied with the end results.

Coastal Mobile Detailing just finished ceramic coating our 2025 Mazda CX5 and all we can say is Wow!! The paint looks showroom quality. Reasonably priced and great service, they really take customer care to a high-level, communication was excellent. They use System-X ceramic coatings and offer a variety of protection levels, refresh and annual inspections (warranty). Detailing of vehicles, as observed in shop looked to be superb, going to try out the detailing next. Going to be my goto shop for car care and detailing, try them out, don't think you will be disappointed.

I also have a white interior, which stays white thanks to William and team. His teammates are always polite, helpful and receptive to feedback. I also reach out to William to get referrals related to other auto services, which has been very useful. It shows his knowledge, connections, and personal service for his customers. He is always quick to answer, even when it’s evening or weekends. I’ll continue to use and recommend Coastal Detailing to my friends.

Their new shop location is awesome. They have a spacious, comfortable,luxurious waiting room, and they explain everything they do. Very customer friendly and detail oriented. They are the absolute best guys to go to for ceramic coating, and window tinting leaving your vehicle shining like new. Absolute best part is the courtesy waters in the lobby that are ice cold and refreshing.
