Coastal Shores Window Cleaning

WOW what a great experience!! I have delt with a few window washing companies in the past - but Coastal Shores is by far the best experience. Dana (Office) was proficient and knew their methods and was extremely friendly Paul - professional Punctual and Accommodating. Will - WOW he did a great job!! He was meticulous and sought perfection. I watched as he even hand rubbed some areas where there was maybe something stuck on the glass. Just outstanding. Communications - Great communications with the quote - confirming thery were on their way and followups. WELL DONE I was so happy ti wanted to tip for the work done I asked Paul later if the tip is shared or goes to the person doing that work - Paul confirmed the tips go to the person doing the clearning - YAY Will was deserving for his cleaning dilligence.

The team at Coastal Shores did a great job on our windows (which were really really dirty!). Communication was prompt and professional. Rates were reasonable. There were a couple of minor streaks left on some hard to reach places, and they returned quickly to fix the issues and left them sparkling. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a quality window cleaner in the Victoria area, and we will certainly have them back again.

We recently used Coastal Shores to clean the pavers in front of our shop. They did an excellent job and we will definitely use them again.
