R BarrettI was so disappointed when I had a toilet clog and the technician they sent out could not clear the problem and charged me $294 dollars. All he did was check his menu of prices and ran a snake down the toilet which did nothing to fix the problem. All he seemed to care about was what to charge and not how to fix the problem. I’m afraid he was too inexperienced. 3 years ago Cobabe brothers sent out an experienced worker who actually helped me in many ways and charged a reasonable price. If this technician had only pulled the toilet up he would have seen the problem . Will not use them again until they care more about solving the problem than charging according to their menu of prices.

So he explained everything to me to understand why and the updated codes etc. So he schedule to come and replaced it. Now it wasn't easy because it's located in a small closet. Zac with his years of experience replaced it in just a few hours. Zac was quick efficient friendly and professional. Excellent service is a guarantee with Cobabe Brothers Plumbing Service.
