Very fortunate!!! A month ago we were on our way to Toronto and we happened to stop in Cobourg. My wife had to pick up something downtown but I also had to make a quick stop at a hardware store. WOW! When I got back to the car I told my wife we had to come back and look at the kitchen displays. Today we made the trip there and we were not disappointed. Sabrina was awesome! Her friendly no pressure approach was refreshing! She took her time and answered all of our questions. We will definitely will be going back to work through a design with her! You can tell by the pictures this Home Hardware has a great setup and many displays.

We have been shopping at the Cobourg store for many years as we love the service we get from Megan in the paint department. She is full of knowledge and always pleasant to deal with. When we have any application questions or need help choosing a paint, Megan knows her stuff!

Went in this morning to find a furniture bolt. I looked for a while. Couldn't find it. I looked around for someone to help me. No one in sight. I went back to the bolts and tried again. Still unable to find what I needed and no one came around. No one greeted me or anything. Felt understaffed.
