I had an appointment with Bethany today and she’s worth waiting, if she’s not available just wait for her . She ask questions, give best advice, and it even turn out better than expected. She’s highly professional, super friendly, and engaging that you feel very welcoming and understood. She’s best at what she do as she know what she’s doing . I had my first pedicure at Grand Senses Spa today and it was wonderful! Holly was very thorough and I enjoyed my time there. My feet feel and look fantastic! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because I found it very cold with the AC on, so much that I had to ask for blanket and was still cold after being covered. The staff out front are pleasant as well. Overall, a great first experience at the Spa.
