Awesome school and the talent it generates is incredible. The only thing that really concerns me is the Ontario Government no longer allows Visas for international students going to Private Colleges. This is a wrong move and continued negative view I have of Doug Ford's PC Administration. This new legislation needs to be amended. Harris Institute has turned out industry professionals and quite a few are international students. Do the right thing Mr. Ford and stop blocking the Arts / Entertainment field. It brings in a lot of revenue for Ontario!

I attended Harris Institute from 2012 - 2014 for the Music Business Professional double major program (Audio production & Arts Management). This was one of the best decisions I've ever made, and even today, about seven years removed, I rely heavily on the subject matter learned at Harris. They really try to equip you with all the tools needed for the real world and try to cover every possible topic in the music business. I graduated with confidence. I learned more here in two years than I would have at a college or university because we had 100 courses across five terms. My advice would be to attend every class, take detailed notes, and order everything chronologically so that you'll be able to understand them later. I didn't realize how valuable the information was until a couple of years after. Like anything else, the success of this experience will be based on what you put into it. Nothing but good times at Harris!

I attended the Audio Production Program during the year of 2019 and couldn't be happier the quality of education. I am well prepared to work in the audio industry at large. I HIGHLY suggest enrolling in this school if you are serious about perusing a career in music business or producing/engineering.

This place gave me a crash course in the Canadian music industry (as a new immigrant) about 20 years ago & I have since been working full-time in music! I owe my career to Harris Institute.
