Customer experiences
I like the atmosphere and will continue to return. There was a bit of stickers shock the last time I went, so be prepared. It's very eclectic. Enjoyed seeing the coffee sacks from around the world. I purchased my coffee there because I like the variety and they support smaller farms. I did not find the coffee consistent. But that could be due to the micro batches. Just be prepared for variations over time these are not institutional blends. I have dined in, but most days I choose my beans which they grind and go.
I thoroughly enjoy stopping in here when we have time. The pancakes tastes home made and the muffins are also incredible. The meatlovers omelet is the best omelette I've ever had. Meals might take a little while to prepare but it is worth every second of waiting. The home fries are chopped real potatoes, seasoned perfectly. The ice coffee stands out. A unique thing about their ice coffee is that they have ice cubes made out of coffee. As the cubes melt, the coffee does not taste watered down. They also have a whole station to weigh, fill bags of coffee bean and buy the beans by weight. It always makes my day when we make it to Coffee Coffee.
Wow. Words do not begin to describe the quality of this place. The art form of the perfect cup of coffee. The owners Barry and Lynn know this well. This is the highest quality coffee I have ever had in my life. Working in cafes and restaurants as a server I have been exposed to a lot of different coffee brands, roasts and flavors. I first visited coffee coffee the week of Christmas in 2024, I was in the area from Pennsylvania visiting family. My cousin Brad highly recommended coffee coffee and Im glad I took his recommendation. He told me about Barry and Lynn's story, and how delicious the bourbon Santos is. When entering you're greeted by what may appear to be the smell of coffee, but upon further inspection, is a refined art form in the coffee space. They also have other drinks, bakery items and breakfast sandwiches. Barry and Lynn pick beans themselves from Jamaicas blue mountain. They had a hannukah and Christmas blend, both were seasoned with chocolate truffle extract. They have multiple strains of coffees and have multiple roasting methods. Blue Mt and bourbon Santos are my absolute favorite. I'm obsessed and can't get enough. To make it even better, the caffeine content is actually lower than your traditional cup of coffee. The average cup may have around 80mg whereas coffee coffees cups may have around 50mg. The advantage to a lower caffeine content is the ability to sip all day without a significant crash. Barry and I spoke at length. He informed me of coffee regulation throughout the world, and how America has zero coffee standards. A Starbucks operating out of Manhattan vs a Starbucks operating out of London will follow entirely different QAQC procedures. All of their coffee is organic, and if the highest quality. I'm not local to the area, and I miss the space and company of Barry and Lynn dearly. I still order and have their coffee shipped to me in Pennsylvania. I cannot emphasize this enough. This is the greatest coffee you will ever try. I look forward to being able to visit again in the future.
Stopped in for the first time, very welcoming! The people there shared all their knowledge about the coffee they sell, where it's from, how's it's harvested and more. Very informative and great conversation. Loved the mocha latte! Will absolutely be back :)
