Tim Hortons usually never disappoints. Thisnis the only tim where i can get Vanilla Matcha Latte — it’s one of my favorites. However, during my most recent visit, the drink didn’t quite meet the usual standard. It tasted a little watered down and lacked the strong matcha flavor I usually enjoy. The rest of the experience was typical Tim Hortons — quick service, cozy atmosphere, and a good spot for a casual coffee break. It wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit underwhelming compared to what I’m used to from them. Still, I’ll definitely be back because when they get it right, it’s unbeatable!

employees r super nice. my brother got the iced matcha vanilla latte and said it sucks. i got the iced caramel toffee macchiato tho and it was pretty good.

Was visiting my daughter for Mother’s Day decided to go grab coffees in the afternoon. Ordered an ice matcha large with marshmallows foam and a brown sugar ice latte with marshmallows cold foam. I waited and it made wrong but I was like okay I went back in because the drinks were missing cold foam. I also noticed that the brown sugar ice latte was made wrong but I didn’t matter I can stir it. Got home and my daughter was fine but mine did not have the brown sugar or any syrup base in it at all very disappointed when it your first coffee of the day. In working with Tim Hortons I know that you need to watch videos so maybe some retraining needs to be done for sure.

Terrible experience all around. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and was given a completely burned bagel. The person working tried to cover all the burnt parts with cream cheese but the entire thing was absolutely not edible. It’s disgusting to see this given to customers. The worst part, I complained to Tim Hortons head office and to this day no one has contacted me. Please do better.
