Loved the bingsoo. The mango cheesecake was seriously one of the best desserts I've ever had. the cornflake crunch and fresh mango were amazing. Everything was balanced and man i could've gotten another! The only downside was it took pretty long for us to get one item and it was all too busy. like 25 mins. and then someone else took it and then tried to give it to us! luckily, they remade it for us but def not allowed to do that so bummer. I think that was a once in a while experience though so just listen close for them to call your number after you order!! Didn't get any of the cookies but they looked sooo good!!

They have the most micro ice texture that is super fluffy in your mouth Ofc with everything they increased their price again. The large is now $19.50 Large is good to feed 4-5 people while the cup is good for 2-3 This time I got the mango cheesecake and enjoyed that the mango they use is the red/ green mango which is more known to be on the sour side

I guess the owners did change, because the service and bingsoo were subpar. bingsoo is usually light and airy, which, for some reason, our bingsoo was compressed to the point where it felt like we were just scraping at the bottom . most of the mango was green and unripe. the lady at the register was on a phone call throughout the interaction and I assumed it wasn't a good call because she was annoyed throughout while taking the order. we were standing right infront of her as she watched up until she kind of slammed her phone on the counter and stared at us until we told her our order. there was water on the side of the counters free for all but no cups so I went up to the counter again where the same lady rolled her eyes and when to the other side, where there were cups, but obviously faced in the other direction and i would have had to reach over on the side of the espresso machine and she just pulled out like 15 cups and handed me the whole thing lol. i got a small cappuccino afterwards because the bingsoo wouldn't go down, and that was fine.
