The truck driver called prior to his arrival and he placed the filled dirt exactly where I needed it. He was patient and polite. The order was placed and filled in less than 24 hours. The price was reasonable.

JVS demolished a house adjacent to mine today. Not only did they damage my connection to the power and data pole outside, and fail to notify the owner of the damaged property, but they were combative and dismissive when I brought the issue to their attention. It seemed like the guy on the phone was barely listening to me at all, I had to repeat everything several times. Overall, I call their site safety into question because these jokers had no idea they had brought a wire down, and I criticize their professionalism in handing their own screw up.

I’ve been a regular customer of JVS for two years and have never had a single issue. Especially with the owner John and the rest of the staff. Jeanne out at the front desk is also an outstanding asset as is the rest of the well trained and very personable staff that I deal with on a daily basis sometime 20 visits a week . Some people you just can’t please is all I have to say about these negative nellies leaving bad reviews here . I give JVs a 5 star review ♥️🗽🎯🙏⚔️💥🗽😎💪🏻🔥⚔️

I have been a customer of JVS for approximately 6 years and, until now, I had not encountered any significant issues. However, I recently received a material that was completely soaked and unusable. My wife kindly went to the JVS offices to request that they be more careful in the future, as we cannot use materials in such conditions for our work. Unfortunately, the owner of the company came out enraged and, very rudely, started yelling at my wife, saying that it was not his problem. This behavior is unacceptable not only towards a customer but also towards a woman. I hope that JVS takes steps to improve their customer service and prevent situations like this from happening again.
