Cogeco Connexion

The installation team was by far the best I've ever had in my home (there have been four). The team did an excellent job in spite of difficult conditions. They were polite, always available to respond to questions, and respected our wishes for how the cable entered our home and where the modem was set up. They did the neatest, most professional installation I've ever seen - and they let my small son watch from a safe distance. Bravo!

We were very happy to have Ricardo for our technician today. He went over and above his job (he did the work of 2 employees) and restored our service after several hours of hard work outside. His hard work was very much appreciated and Cogeco is lucky to have such a conscientious individual serving their customers. Thank you Ricardo for a job well done!!

Honestly the best customer service and technical service in the business. The people who answer my calls are always extremely polite and very sensitive to my problems even when the problem was of my own making. They are fast to solve any issues. I once had a contractor cut my cable twice in the same day on a Saturday and both times Cogeco fixed it that same day. I dare anyone to name another company that would have done that.
