I was hit by an uninsured drunk driver in September 2024. This happened at a time in my life when I was already in the midst of a very trying and dark time. I spent 15 days in the hospital, and had a several months long recovery period. On top of that, my insurance backdated my coverage after my discharge from the hospital, leaving me with a hefty bill. I highly recommend Tara Cragen and Cohen & Malad for getting thru your divorce. As a non-binary trans man at the beginning of transition, finding an attorney was nerve wracking. But let me advise you to find the best attorney you can afford. Don't just go with someone from within the community. Tara's top notch. She was incredible during my mediation. She and her office also didn't blink when I told them I changed the spelling of my name (not legal cos *gestures*). Thank you, Tara!
