The first time I went there they give me a really nice haircut and the service was really good, the second time I couldn’t get an appointment with the previous hairdresser and I get other person… I am learning french and I don’t speak it fluently but I did try, I noticed the hairdresser was uncomfortable with me not speaking French fluently and her face was not friendly or kind at all, I didn’t like the cut she gave me, even when I showed her photos showing what I wanted, it didn’t turn out any similar to what I asked for… I gave 3 stars because the previous experience was good, and because in the place there was a really nice and kind person that speak to me in my language to help me a little bit with the situation… but I must say even so after several days have passed I’m still not happy with the haircut she gave me or the treatment that she gave me…
