Worst experience ever. The man at the reception didn’t care about anything. He sent us a digital photo that was completely blurred—clearly done deliberately (he spent around 30 minutes editing it on the computer, so he must have seen it). When we confronted him and asked for a different photo, that one was also of very low quality. If you’re planning to go here, you’re better off taking your own picture and using an app to crop it. They advertise passport photos for $9.99, but you’ll end up paying $20. A total waste of time, money, and patience. I wish I can rate this business in negative

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place My wife and I had our passport photos taken here, but when we submitted them to Service Canada, they were rejected for being too bright and faded. We had to retake the photos at Shoppers Drug Mart, spending $27 each. When I contacted the owner to explain the issue and ask for a refund, he refused to take responsibility. Very disappointing service. I strongly recommend avoiding this place it seems Service Canada is not accepting passport photos from this location.

Horrible experience here. I had to ship a large package last minute and had limited options, I opted to ship with them due to a lack of time and, in part, because they essentially refused to release my item back to me even prior to me paying. Everything about the interaction felt sketchy. They first quoted $1600 for the cost, which quickly came down to around $400 when I was going to leave. I learned after that they still up charged me about $100 over what UPS would have charged. Then they wanted an e-transfer instead of a credit card payment, and charged me extra when I insisted on paying with card. I was later able to organize an alternative for shipping which would have cheaper. It was only about 1.5 hours since I had left. So I returned to pick-up my item and request a refund. They refused to return it to me (the item was sitting beside the desk so clearly still there) and also told me they could not refund me as they already arranged for shipping, and that there would be a charge if they cancelled. I have checked with the shipper. Not only would there not have been a charge, but based on the time of label creation they lied about having created it already. On top of this, despite knowing I was in a hurry I got to sit there as he pulled up people's passport photos to edit them while taking calls and "getting me a deal". This was after I told him several times I was no longer interested and would simply find another way myself. This business is dishonest, overcharges, and is all together unreliable. I would never ship with them again and if you value your time and money you should not use them either.

AMAZING FAST SERVICE nice customer service too Super cheap only paid 10 bucks for TWO passports much cheaper then paying 40$ somewhere else. Plus I got my photos in hand in 10 min or less! Super easy to set up an appointment too! They also do postal services including DHL, Purolator, UPS and DTDC (India Courier)
