Like many others have said, Tenzin is very professional and courteous. We had a few old valves indoor and outdoor that were leaking and needed to be replaced. He completed the work carefully, verified that the new parts were all working fine, and left our house super clean! We originally requested Tenzin inspect a potential shower / drain leak but we couldn't duplicate the findings so he provided a few suggestions.
