i had the lovely and honorable pleasure of meeting shawna today and words cant explain how amazing and awesome she is....wirds also cant explain why my real estate network is as big as it is and then more...i would like to thank her for the time she made to meet with me, answer my questions and let me know im not alone in anything and most of all, to share my excitement of being preapproved as i continue this journey....all of us at a point in time or now have felt theres so much to this and we tend to get afraid and feel its not enough, but all it takes is a dependable mortgage lender to go through the w2s paystubs etc and you come to realize you're closer than you think and it can only get better from here....and she said it best, trust the process have fun and if you get denied who cares keep shopping...love having these conversations and the genuine love support and excitement being shared and im grateful to know despite if i decide to work with her or not, she played a role and i know i got a reliable and awesome source to lean on.....APPRECIATE YOU SHAWNA AND STAY WONDERFUL AND AMAZING LETSSSS GOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I recently worked with Acadia and I loved her. Despite being young and new to the industry she was on point. If I had a question she couldn't answer, she quickly figured it out. Her communication skills are top notch, something I value when doing business. I will gladly refer her to friends and family!

I recently used the services of an agent from the Longmeadow office to list my house in East Forest Park (Springfield). She is not a good agent. It became obvious that she didn't know what she is doing, and her tactics were very self-serving. I reported her to the office manager, and from his responses I guess they don't care if they have an agent that is incompetent in fulfilling their duties. I finally took matters into my own hands, and posted on Facebook that my house was for sale. Right away I got a response from an agent from a different real estate office. A full-price offer was made and I accepted it. My own agent tried to bully me into accepting the first offer that was submitted, which was $40,000 less than list price. Why would I even consider an insulting offer? My house was listed at fair market value and that is what I expected it to sell for. Remember folks, you do not have to accept the first offer submitted to you especially if it is not a reasonable offer.
