Em GeneralOne of the worst delivery companies. I wouldn't ship manure with these guys. All these Indians have to say is (sorry). Once they got your money, they dont care about you or your product. Whatever you do, try not leave your phone number with them. They will blow up your phone with calls. They don't follow instructions at all. I asked for my crate to be dropped off at my house at 4:30PM, the driver phoned me at 2:30PM and said that he was gonna be at my house in 30 minutes. The crate was all the way in the front of his truck with other pallets blocking it. Had to move everything and on top of that had to help move some pallets on snow because he didnt have room to keep them in the truck. It was a steel crate with a cardboard cover. They damaged the product inside by running a forklift thru the side. They tryed to cover up the damage by tapping the cardboard with packing tape.
Grant ForzleyVery disappointed with the delivery is received today. The package arrived 1/2 hour after the delivery Window with no acknowledgement. Box was severly damaged. (see cardboard on side of shipment, that was box top) Not fully sure of contents yet. Driver was rude and not helpfull.
Jennifer PA driver of one of these trucks passed my kids school bus as it was stopped with the lights flashing. When I motioned at him to stop, he flipped me off. Extremely unprofessional and downright dangerous behaviour. Not sure where they are finding these unhinged employees who probably shouldn’t be driving at all.
Tyler SigurdsonDriver didn’t follow any delivery instructions given on the day I was supposed to receive. Received shipment a day late, despite being told by two customer service reps that they wound fix the drivers mistakes and get it to me that day. Nightmare to deal with.
