Every time I visit Coles, I’m greeted with a smile and helpful staff who are always willing to assist. The employees are polite, respectful, and attentive; not just with me, but with every customer I’ve seen them help. The store is consistently clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which makes finding what I’m looking for a breeze. While I do love a good used bookstore, when I’m searching for something specific, I know I can always count on Coles. I’ll absolutely keep shopping here. Highly recommend!
