**It seems Derek has taken on more clients than he can handle, and in the process, he’s let arrogance take the wheel. I called multiple times during business hours to book an appointment, only to be met with voicemail instructing me to leave my details for a callback. When Kimberly finally called back, it was at the worst possible time—while I was in a meeting. She requested 2 photos of my hair so Derek could determine how much time was needed. After I sent the photos they ignored me until the next day, only to tell me to find another stylist because Derek decided my hair needed foil highlights and he only does balayage. Apparently, my hair just wasn’t worthy of his artistry.
