They showed up on time and did everything I asked them to do. They were respectful of our property. I would 100% call them for help again.

They moved my dresser and damaged it in the process and won’t refund me or fix it. I’m not sure it was damaged while driving or during the moving process but because they loaded and handled it the whole time they should definitely be responsible for the damage and they say they can’t refund me because I didn’t have a blanket down to protect it but also can’t confirm that’s how it was damaged and by looking at it I doubt that’s how it was damaged. I wouldn’t book an appointment with this company solely because they don’t take responsibility for damage especially valuable things like furniture. In reply to College Movers, they also adjusted and moved my dresser in the truck bed where it also could have broke. Point is, we are not sure how it got damaged but it did and they cannot just assume it got damaged while driving and I never said it didn’t but since we don’t know they should at least take some responsibility for it.

Jonah and Christian came to help me move things back to their normal places after my five-week long home remodel was completed a few days ago. They had to move a number of heavy and awkward-to-move items between three floors of my house. This was an emergency to me because the movers (not College Movers) who told me they would help me on Friday night didn't show, and on Saturday morning, it became a family emergency to get this done fast! College movers came through with flying colors, and Jonah and Christian worked hard, were very careful to not damage the items being moved or parts of the house itself. The total price was very reasonable and less than what I would have paid the others that never showed. So, I'm very thankful I called College Movers and frankly, am also in awe that these two young men did such a great job in what I thought was record time. I'll certainly consider using College Movers again!
