We’ve been clients since the clinic first opened, and I can’t say enough good things about the team! They’ve always provided excellent, compassionate care for our cat and have gone above and beyond to accommodate us whenever we needed a last-minute appointment or had a concern. Everyone, from the front desk to the vets themselves, takes the time to listen and make sure we feel comfortable and our cat is cared for. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a team that truly puts animals first!

My partner and I are happy to sing the praises of this excellent clinic! Our cat has not had any health crises but the routine care has been outstanding, including clear feedback and sensitive handling of our very shy cat, Pepper. She had gained too much weight in the care of a previous vet and was put on a new diet with complimentary monthly weigh-ins which I’m happy to say was a total success! The team of doctors, technicians and administrative staff all create a very welcoming atmosphere, with special mention of Ryan who clearly loves animals and is unfailingly helpful whenever we call. We have had 5 cats over several decades and this clinic is by far our all time favourite!

This is by far the best animal hospital I’ve ever been to. The staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and truly care about every pet that walks through their doors. They always take the time to explain things clearly and make sure both you and your pet feel comfortable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog — they’re simply the best!
