As a person living with multiple disabilities, a rare brain disease and a neurological disorder, I have always been welcomed with a smile, compassion and a high level of professionalism from Dr. Saiger and all the staff at the Collingwood Dental Center. I appreciate their willingness to take on the care of a complex patient, have open discussions and create solutions on best practices for my unique medical situation. The humanity, understanding and empathy provided from during critical procedures that include medical accessibility and inclusion show their unfailing support for myself as well as all of their patients.

Questionable first experience, felt rushed, pushed through like cattle. Reception ladies are polite as possible in this whirlwind atmosphere. The dentist was polite but in & out fast. Quickie exam & X-rays covered by CDCP but grossly overcharged for one minute cementing of crown that was not polished after cementing. Most importantly, I require two implants... This appointment was on Monday May 5, was told the implant 'coordinator' would call back with an estimate. Today is June 12 & I have yet to hear back...maybe the office is too busy for me? My experience was disappointing & dismissive...Good luck Hope you have a better experience, mine necessitated finding a new dental office. They quoted my implants & set my surgery date next week...Good Luck with your experience
