They will promise you the world but under deliver....was told a product I ordered last week was going to be in by last friday....today is Tuesday...phone them...we are having problems with our trucks delivering here....they are so backed up.....when did you figure this delivery problem out??? About 3 weeks ago.....then why was I promised my order by Friday....don't know they said??? So be careful if you need something right away....they will tell you one thing and not deliver on time...buyer beware

Waited at service desk to order some roofing materials. Several staff walked past looking at me, but nobody acknowledged me. Wanted to order from a Canadian company but ended up ordering quickly from Home Depot.
