My husband and I dropped by to grab some balsamic vinegars today and we're pleasantly surprised by not only the selection but the help from the sales associate. She was very pleasant and helpful and we ended up leaving with a couple of bottles. Would definitely recommend this place. Not only is there a large selection of olive oil and balsamic vinegars, the shop itself is very cute Will visit again soon

I am thrilled to discover Collingwood Olive Oil Co. not only for their flavours of balsamic and olive oil, but their balsamic vinegars are aged longer giving greater flavour and density, which is what I had been searching for since I tried similar on the west coast! My fav is always Black Cherry Balsamic, but I also was introduced to the Apricot and it is fantastic. Check this shop out - their products will become a staple in your kitchen.

Took a friends recommendation and drove up here from Toronto. It was not difficult to find, located on a cute little strip in collingwood (a lot to do on that strip) It was a little intimidating upon walking in, but we were almost immediately greeted by a lovely olive oil and vinegar enthusiast that made us feel at ease, walking us through the entire process Everything I tried was delicious. The representative was really very versed on all their product Suggestion: don’t try all the oils or vinegars, it’s a lot! I think I bought enough to last me at least four months, at which point will definitely be returning. Try the wild blueberry balsamic — you’re welcome
