Julia is amazing! She is knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly supportive. I came in with undiagnosed knee pain that was preventing me from my day-to-day activities, and she quickly identified the issue and gave me a plan that made a real difference. She took the time to explain everything clearly, tailored the exercises to fit my goals, and used dry needling as part of the treatment, which really helped.
