Anthony SumnerUnderstandibly when a person's vehicle ends up requiring the services of a recovery company it's not a great day for the owner with a potential large bill ahead the service you receive from the recovery company is important I can't fault the service I had today from Darren the recovery driver. He was polite and friendly.. He took the utmost care of my car whilst loading and unloading at the other end. An absolute credit to your company thank you.
Amber WestawayAA sent these guys out to us after we had a coil spring break on our tyre. After being told by a mechanic not to drive on it (just as he was closing up), the guy they sent out bodged the tyre so it was apparently āsafeā to drive to the garage just down the road. We then had to drive the car ourselves with it making a horrendous amount of noise and when the blokes at the garage got to it the next day they said the recovery driver had made a real mess of the coil and other parts doing his ātemp job.ā When it couldnāt be fixed roadside we should have had a straight recovery to the garage but this guy obviously couldnāt be bothered to wait around for that (despite him already turning up four hours later than originally stated). We were then left totally stranded with no way of getting back to our accommodation 35 minutes away at half nine at night. It was clear he just wanted whatever was the easiest option for him to get out of the situation.
