The store is located on first floor, it has good ambience and a good collection of T-Shirts. The flagship store seems to have the latest collection where as another store which is almost adjacent to it has the earlier stocks which are sold at discounted prices. Variety is huge and quality is also good. There are no staff members to help with sizes etc, you need to find yourself, billing is quick.

Very responsive Customer Service via WhatsApp. I’m very impressed that the respond time is very quick. Some thing that is not seen often from other companies. Went to the physical store today in the evening to make an exchange from my online order and it is done within minutes as the staff attended to me very quickly when she saw I am looking at my phone for the email invoice. Will shop at Well Bred again because of their good customer service. The 1 star is missing because the opening hours wasn’t updated on their website previously and I had made 1 unsuccessful trip to the physics shop. But since then they had rectified the issue.

This is my first time came to a shop with this kind of experience. Even branded shop dont look down on people in this way. Bad experience, lousy services.. all staffs eyes on the head.. if it's not because of my son like the shirt. I won't come here.. Buy two Ricky is clown t-shirt. So unfriendly services.. if I have other choice i wont go to this shop again.. No choice to put one star for review.
