I started going to Color X Salon when I moved to the area and this is my favorite salon I've ever been to. All of the staff are warm and welcoming. Katie took great care of me and my bridal party on my wedding day. Like everyone, I'm very particular about my hair and Katie always takes extra time to me help tame my textured hair!

Katie is absolutely amazing! I have long, thick hair, and she always does an incredible job cutting and styling it. Her expertise with highlights and lowlights is unmatched—the color blends so seamlessly with my natural color that you don't notice when it starts to grow out. I love her creative vision, and she always exceeds my expectations.

I had to find a new salon, and I’m so happy I tried color x! Jenifer is so kind, talented, and meticulous. She also helped educate me on what I truly wanted for my hair, including hair products going forward. I couldn’t be more satisfied, and honestly feel this is the best hair service I’ve ever received. This store is unprofessional. Once getting there and agreeing on a balayage and the colors of it we got to work. It wasn't untill my hair was dry did I see that it wasn't what I wanted. The color difference in my hair was pretty unnoticeable. I want to mention that I have gotten a balayage before and basically asked for the same one. It could have been a communication issue since no swatch book was shown until after, and maybe I didn't specify what I wanted enough; however, that wasn't the problem. Its the fact that to fix it I'd have to pay full price again and after spending close to 250 dollars, it was pretty discouraging. Their exact words were "We gave you what you wanted", and if that were true I would have been satisfied with my hair. It's truly a shame because the atmosphere of this salon is very nice, but I would read their policy or choose a different salon if you want hair color done.
