I checked in at 6:30 a.m. and the initial process was quite efficient—the security even gave me doors right away. The office is near door 47. Unloading was also quick. But after I paid the lumper fee, I’ve been waiting for my paperwork for over two hours. When I went to ask how much longer, they literally laughed and said, ‘one more hour.’ If any company managers read this, please take action. This level of disrespect is unacceptable.
Quick to unload; overnight parking in driveway and on Dallas Street. Lots of room for backing. This vendor lost 2 stars because I had product in the nose of the trailer for another vendor and I gave documentation to the warehouse showing what product was theirs in addition to the labels that were already on the pallets showing which pallets were theirs. They removed all of product anyway. When I went back to the clerk's office to report it, I/my company was blamed for the problem instead of focusing on correcting the issue.
By far the worst warehouse I have ever delivered to. Checked in at 6:30A.M. For a 7:00A.M. Appointment they gave me a door assignment right away. Then did not start to unload me until 9AM when they were notified that they were being charged detention. After I was unloaded by 10AM I sat in their parking lot waiting for my bills until 12pm. I’ve went to the office multiple times to ask about my bills and when I should expect a call. All of the times in which the little office girl was playing on her phone and giving me attitude like I was interrupting her day by simply asking a question. This place is disrespectful and downright inefficient. This is the second time now I’ve been here and they have caused me to miss my reload appointment with their inefficiencies and untimely scheduling. I recommend to any professional driver that has the ability to avoid coming here to do so. So if you ever have a load coming to Sysco of Denver and expect your day to go smooth and be in and out change that thought process because this place is the opposite of a quality ran shipper and receiver.
