I recently brought a house that needed a new roof. I couldn't be more happy with the new roof. Overall they're easy to work with throughout the entire process. On top of every request that was made no hesitation, they were able to satisfy all request. There was a couple hiccups that popped up during the job, but Caleb with his expertise, and professionalism help me through it all. Huge shoutout to Jacques too, he was the salesman for me. Making all the request possible, his expertise made it a trustworthy company to go with. I highly recommend Colorwheel for anyone needing their roof done.

I suffered some minor damage to my siding from a recent hurricane. Colorwheel came out and gave me an estimate. They said my siding was so old they probably couldn't match it. They cut out a chunk and sent it off somewhere, telling me the insurance company would have to pay to put new siding on the entire house. The insurance company didn't agree and I was left with a large piece of siding missing. Due to personnel changes and poor communication it was left that way for months. I was very frustrated. I eventually contacted Beau with Colorwheel and he immediately started fixing the problem. My siding is old and faded. I didn't think he would be able to match the color but the painted it to match perfectly. In the end I was very happy with the finished product. Things didn't go as planned but they didn't bail on me and came through in the end. Thank you Colorwheel.

I truly appreciated how friendly everyone at ColorWheel was throughout the process. There were a few challenges that made the experience a bit more difficult than expected. There was some confusion around scheduling, and I wasn’t made aware of changes ahead of time, which unfortunately disrupted my plans. After the job was completed, some materials were left behind on the property, which felt like an oversight. A few days later, I also noticed a broken window. While I can’t say definitively that it happened during the work, the timing was a bit concerning. I reached out to ask about it but didn’t receive much clarity or follow-up. Overall, the work itself appears to be holding up well. With a bit more attention to communication and cleanup, I think ColorWheel has the potential to provide a really great customer experience.
