Columbia Factory Store

👎👎👎I do not recommend purchasing any items from this store and Columbia. I bought a winter jacket for $450, which came to $500 with taxes, and I only used it for two months because it isn’t suitable for all seasons. One of the zippers broke after two months, and when I contacted the store, they informed me that there is no warranty or guarantee here. I must need to send the jacket to Toronto at my own expense for them to inspect it, and they might be able to resolve the issue. At the moment, I have to pay $120 for the cost of shipping the item to Toronto, which I find ridiculous.

I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Columbia Factory Store in McArthurGlen Designer Outlet! I snagged a great bargain on a raincoat and windbreaker jacket, both at 70% off. The variety of shirts priced at just $29.9 was impressive. The friendly and helpful staff made the experience even better. Highly recommend this store for incredible deals and excellent service!

Great deals but confusing. Bought a bladder with a tag price of 48 and a sign of 30% off, I got charged 42 and when I complained they said "the product tag price is wrong and the 30% discount is included on the price scanned". This is a terrible experience against the customer. Beside that, the employees are kinda absent and didn't know much about the stuff in the store as we asked for women thermal T-shirt and we were pointed to sunshade T-shirts instead.
