Communication before and after the installation was excellent. Every step of the process was clearly explained, timelines were honored, and follow-up was prompt and professional. On installation day, the crew was exceptional. They arrived precisely at 7:00 a.m., laid tarps around the entire property, and worked in an extremely organized and methodical manner. The team was conscientious of our home and surrounding areas, keeping everything clean and controlled throughout the project. I have used Columbine Roofing & Exteriors multiple times for roof repair, gutters, exterior painting and a complete roof replacement after a damaging hail storm. It is nice to know that a local company still takes pride in there workmanship. The work that was done was always high quality and if something was wrong it was taken care quickly. So it was a no brainer to use them again for a new roof install on my newly built detached garage. It looks beautiful and I cant thank Amanda and Chris enough for taking care of me once again.
