I believe her name was Charlize I could be wrong, Gave me the most outstanding service ever was very knowledgeable made me feel comfortable asking questions even directed my attention towards different options and models and walked me through what they did and what functions they had! Very lgbtq friendly and did not feel pressured into buying! I would recommend her to anybody she really has amazing people skills and knows that store inside and out I will be returning

Unprofessional and uncomfortable questions. Do not feel LGBTQ friendly, The first service clerk whom us helping was wonderful, respectful, asked decent and polite questions on what we would be looking for, budget, started working together. However; was rudely interrupted by the manager who immaturely entered the store leaving us to assume at first it was an unruly customer. To cut to the chance, the manager butt in on the employees sale in my option and made me very uncomfortable when I repeatedly told the manager her suggestions would not work for me. I was was even then pressed on why those toys would not work with my body- this felt wrong. This felt like an inappropriate question and another recommendation should have been made. Instead I was pressed to try and try an item that was not for my body type. This left me feeling vulnerable, even more body dysphoria and leaving me to never want to return to this location. Please consider how questions are asked in the future. Respect if of customer says no to an item, or expresses it won’t work for them. Walked in, expected to spend a lot of money, but I was greeted with one of the rudest staff I’ve ever interacted with in any love Shop ever she had red hair and Kept giving me dirty looks as I walked around the store. Felt really judged, and when I was looking closer at some stuff, she yelled to not touch anything which I wasn’t and just overall left a bad taste in my mouth. Safe to say, I will not be returning.
