Excellent experience at Comfort Club! I recently purchased a Duroflex coir + foam mattress from Comfort Club, Coimbatore, and had a very good overall experience. The staff are polite, patient, and genuinely customer-friendly. They took the time to clearly explain the different mattress options, addressed all our doubts, and guided us to choose the right mattress based on our requirements, age of the user, and comfort needs. What stood out was the absence of any sales or marketing push—the focus was clearly on suitability rather than just closing a sale. The discounts offered were reasonable, and the young owners were also very polite and approachable. Another gesture that really stood out was that the team went the extra mile to register the mattress warranty on our behalf, which is usually left to the customer. That small but thoughtful step genuinely felt good and showed their customer-first mindset. This is my second purchase from Comfort Club. Earlier, I had bought a dual organic latex mattress from the Coir On brand, and that positive experience gave me the confidence to return for another purchase. Duroflex Duo Memory mattress purchased yesterday. The shop service was very good. The staff were polite, patient, and explained everything clearly.
