I've been bringing my kids for quite a long time and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they treat adults as well. I was so happy to hear that and also the assistant Endy Hernandez made my baby feel safe around her. she talked my baby down to getting his teeth brushed and was so patient with him, I loved it. I would definitely go back!! I recommend every parent to bring their toddlers here so they are patient and very sweet. I never had this great experience when I brought my other 2 kids when they were babies. Also a great fact that also surprised me a lot was that they also do dental work that same day if needed. I love the staff always making sure we are getting the correct service! I also loved the way the manager handles everything and the way he helps around when they get backed up! I definitely recommend this place 10/10.

Mercedes and Alondra on the Orthodontic side have the worst customer service. They are unprofessional, rude and lazy! I am a single mom that works and have multiple children. So I need to schedule my kids the same day. I have always done this and the staff before have always walked over to the dentist side to make sure I can get appointments set on the same day at the same time because I was having to call back and forth to both sides multiple times trying to find a date and time that works. I asked them to do this and they were unprofessional and rude and spoke to me rudely after refusing and said it was not their job. You are in a customer service position. Your job is customer service. They had me on hold for over an hour but couldn’t walk 50 feet to see if there was an open spot?!!..why was I on hold for so long?..I have house duties and work I can’t afford to wait an hour to be told do it yourself and being spoken to rudely and unprofessional. The way I was treated over a small request is unacceptable. It makes me not want to use them and find another dentistry clinic. To be treated less than human for a simple request is very trash of them. They also refused to let me speak to someone else or a manager. I would save the headache and go someplace else, it is NOT WORTH THE DISRESPECT! I want a dentistry I can trust my kids with and feel valued. Invest in a clinic that knows their position in life and willing to come to the fore front of their position to serve the community as it is the position THEY CHOSE! Trash Service!

Absolutely love this place!! Staff is wonderful especially Christy Solares! From the moment you walked in, you feel comfortable and welcomed. She explained everything so clearly and made sure i knew my kid was in the right hands athroughout the entire appointment. I definitely recommend 10/10!!

My dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to this dental office. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00, and I had been informed that I would receive a free exam, cleaning, and x-rays. Upon arrival, everything seemed fine, and I was taken back promptly. However, I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my x-ray and an additional 15 minutes for my exam. After the exam, I was directed to go to the front desk. When I inquired about my cleaning, I was told it was not included for free, contrary to what I had been previously informed. Not wanting to make a fuss, I agreed to pay $99 for the cleaning. I was already frustrated but sat down and asked how much longer it would take. I was told it would be another 15 minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes, I asked again about the wait time, and the receptionist said she would check. Ten minutes later, I was finally called back, only to wait in the room for another 20 minutes. When I asked one of the staff members how much longer it would take, she informed me that there were six cleanings ahead of me. At that point, I had already spent two hours and thirty minutes at the office and was not willing to wait another two hours. I don't understand why my cleaning couldn't have been done right away. Frustrated and disappointed, I went to the front desk and requested a refund. The staff at the front desk were understanding and refunded my money, but the overall experience was incredibly disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend your dental office to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to your service.
